Our Chicken and Duck History

Our journey began with a humble flock of 6 chickens, intended to provide fresh eggs for our family. As many poultry enthusiasts can attest, our numbers quickly grew. At Humpty Dumpties, we're always expanding our feathered family, ensuring a constant supply of delicious, free-range eggs.

Daily Life and Living Conditions

Our chickens enjoy a spacious, free-range garden, where they can forage and express their natural behaviours. While our Indian Runner ducks may be a little timid, they thrive in their dedicated run, complete with a pond for swimming and playing. This comfortable environment is ideal for producing high-quality, delicious eggs.

Our Breeds

We have a delightful mixed breed of chickens, ensuring a diverse range of eggs. Recently, we welcomed 6 Buff Orpington chickens to our family, with the hope of breeding them in the spring. Our ducks are Indian Runner ducks, known for their unique upright stance and excellent egg-laying abilities. We also offer fertilised eggs from both our chickens and ducks.
